Our Commitment

 Our Dues Department’s primary function is to be readily available to assist our members with any questions, concerns or changes you may have.

We are dedicated to accurately maintaining your dues account and to being the liaison between you and your payroll department with any dues related issues.

Our goal is to provide you with the up-to-date information you need at any time.

Prompt, Professional Member Service

We realize that your time is valuable and that having someone promptly and efficiently answer your questions is very important to you.
Our Dues Department representatives are experienced in member relations and will help you to obtain the responses you need to any of your questions, concerns and requests.


Personal Service

Even though all of our dues agents are experienced to handle your needs, we go one step further. Each member is assigned a personal dues representative to exclusively handle your dues account. This personal contact will assure you that your dues agent is familiar with your account and will promptly respond to your request.

You can easily contact your dues representative by calling their direct line.
 After hours, simply leave a voice mail for your personal dues representative.  You can be assured that your call will be promptly returned on the next business day.

E-mail access allows you the ease of directly communicating your requests to your dues representative 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
